Refund policy
Returns are made on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
There is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Non-returnable items include but are not limited to face masks, undergarments, socks, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If an item is considered non-returnable, it will be noted in the product description. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (excluding the original and return shipping costs) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at officialjuletones@gmail.com.
Mistakes
If you make a mistake on your order, please let me know within 24 hours by sending a message through the contact page. If an issue isn’t communicated within 24 hours, I will assume there are no problems and begin work on the item as ordered.
You are still welcome to reach out to me after 24 hours, but I can’t guarantee I will be able to make a requested change or refund if work has already begun.
